VITO VM
The VITO VM oil filter system offers efficient oil cleaning and hygienic filtration in commercial kitchens. It features microfiltration of up to 200 µin and eliminates the need for chemicals to clean the oil, preserving the flavor of fried dishes. The VITO VM's unique design allows it to handle temperatures up to 392°F and promotes work safety by avoiding direct contact with hot oil.
